The Underground Parking Garage Refurbishment project located at 66 Falby Court in Ajax has been awarded to A-Con and work has started. This project involves concrete repairs to the parking garage, new hot-apply waterproofing membrane over the roof slab, and new thin system waterproofing to the P1 parking level.
A-Con has begun working on the 380 Murray Street Balcony Repair Project in Ottawa, ON. We are to complete the removal of all concrete balustrades, followed by concrete balcony restoration, a completely new balcony guardrail system, and new thin system waterproofing.
