A-Con has recently completed its role at 85 The East Mall – Medical Building, Base Building Renovation. Our scope on this project included masonry construction of the elevator shaft, mechanical and electrical masonry shaft wall installation, and installation of masonry wall partitions.

A-Con has begun working on the 380 Murray Street Balcony Repair Project in Ottawa, ON. We are to complete the removal of all concrete balustrades, followed by concrete balcony restoration, a completely new balcony guardrail system, and new thin system waterproofing.
A-Con has begun working on the 415 Maclaren Street Balcony Repair Project. We are to complete the Concrete Balcony Restoration which includes new thin system waterproofing and removal of abandoned guardrail baseplates. This project also consists of the installation of a new Bird Netting system.
The Balcony and Guardrail Repair project located at 1065 Ramsey Crescent, Ottawa for the Ottawa Community Housing Corporation has been awarded to A-Con. This project features concrete balcony repair and restoration, and newly painted balcony guardrails.
